The character of our work could increasingly be described as “hybrid”: partially at home, partially at the office. To optimise the efficiency and effectiveness of your time at the office, we developed the BOW Four. Adequate to meet in but to work in as well. Depending on your preference, this working/meeting room is suited for one up to four persons.

Ventilation

Our boxes are supplied as standard with a CO2-controlled ventilation system on the roof

Acoustics

BOW boxes have a solid metal frame and are double padded from the inside to provide enough privacy.

Sensor

A sensor for the supplied led-lighting and ventilation is installed in the ceiling of every BOW box, which provides optimal use of energy.

Power socket

We provide our boxes with two power sockets with three USB-ports for sufficient electrical connections.

Flexible

Our boxes are built with separate building blocks that can be configured and supplemented in multiple ways for continuous organisational optimalisation.

Sustainability

With sustainability we at BOW mean that our products can be adjusted to consecutive generations of office users. They are sustainably adaptive.

Pleasant and sustainable

We have chosen all materials used in our products with care. The working climate is therefore always pleasant. The moment you step into the boxes, you notice it immediately. Besides that, our boxes are robust and suited for consecutive operational cycles. This makes our product pleasant and sustainable.

SYSTEM

Smart

The BOW meeting boxes are easily built from loose building blocks. Which are always packed in separate boxes that are easily moved, even through a lift. We provide every meeting box with ventilation, light, and electricity. This whole package paired with one sensor and only one power plug. The moment you plug in the meeting box, it becomes self-sufficient. No additional attention needed.

Configuration

Adjustable

Our boxes enable you to realise every possible layout of your office-fitout. After a while, this perfect fit could possibly not suit your, at that point developed, organisation. We can then effortlessly adjust these boxes to align with your organisation’s needs again. Reconfiguration is simple and building blocks are, if necessary, permanently available for additional orders. In one word “adjustable”.
