Boxes - Delivery, assembly & warranty
  • Can I move the Box after it has been installed?
    It is easy to adjust the box due to the innovative assembly system. Because the box is placed directly on the existing floor, it can be moved without any worries after assembly. Which makes it easy to use the box however you want, whenever you want.
  • What is the delivery time for a box?
    One of our most important starting points is inventory. Which is why we can deliver our standard box
    configurations from our own inventory. The average delivery time for a box is 7 business days.
  • How long does assembling a box take?
    he assembly time was an important starting point when developing the boxes. We have therefore
    ensured that the boxes are easy to assemble and disassemble. Depending on the in-house situation,
    the average assembly for each box is:
     
    BOW One:   60 minutes
    BOW Two:   90 minutes
    BOW Four: 120 minutes
    BOW Six:   150 minutes
    BOW Nine: 180 minutes
  • Can I assemble the box myself?
    The box is easy to assemble. Which makes it possible to assemble the boxes yourself. Unfortunately,
    currently there is no assembly manual available. For the self-assembly of the boxes, we ask you to
    contact us now.
  • What is the warranty period of a box?
    The warranty period on all products is 60 months.
  • How is the box supplied with power?
    Our boxes are plug-and-play, the boxes are provided with power sockets which are powered by just
    one plug from an existing power source in your workspace. This plug comes from the ceiling and has
    a length of 3 meters. If the distance to the nearest power outlet is further than 3 meters, please
    contact us in advance.
  • Does the box fit in the elevator?
    During the development of the box, it was ensured that almost all elements fit in the standard
    European lift.

  • Can I request samples?
    You can request samples by filling in our contact form, we will then send them to the address you
    provided.
  • Can I get the box in different colours?
    We offer the standard boxes in the colours white and black. These can be delivered from stock within
    7 working days. If you prefer a box in a particular colour, we can often provide these as well. Keep in
    mind that the delivery time will increase in many cases of a custom box. We are happy to help you via contact or the chat.
  • Can I adjust the measures of the boxes?
    In addition to the standard configurations we offer, it is possible to increase or decrease the size of
    the boxes as desired. The maximum width is 3.80 m and the length can be extended indefinitely.
    When using “box-in-box” configurations there are no restrictions on the size of the box.
  • How modular are the boxes?
    During the development of the boxes, we ensured that our components are truly modular. This
    means that you can always easily change the use, size, and colour by scaling panels up and down.
     
  • How can I reuse the panels?
    The modular system of our boxes makes it easy to reuse the panels. With the existing panels from
    the box, you can easily and continuously (re)configure the box. If you are short of panels for your
    desired configuration, you can easily order them from one of our dealers.
